We are looking for a person whose originating from language English and who has advanced gastronomic knowledge. It is important that you have experience in digital environments and know how to handle Wordpress, excel and other similar systems, as well as great writing skills to produce content for our platform. In addition, we highly value people who are proactive and who propose constant improvements.

Mission and Responsibilities
Manage and create a portfolio of culinary courses in English with top chefs, increasing retention and usability. Contribute to the growth of the English market by 50 in online subscriptions between 2024 and 2027. Align course offerings with market trends and customer demand, ensuring quality and relevance of content to maintain a competitive advantage in the culinary education sector.

Oversee the creation, update and maintenance of courses, ensuring high quality content.
Collaborate with other departments to develop engaging and interactive content aligned with Scoolinarys objectives.
Ensure that 80 of new courses earn a minimum rating of 4.55 from Scoolinars.
Ensure that all courses maintain a clear and standardized structure.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of courses aligned with the latest culinary trends, ensuring relevant and engaging content.
Revise key performance indicators KPIs for English courses, adjusting strategies and content to maximize student retention and satisfaction.
Decrease reported incidents by 30.
Ensure that 80 of each new course launched in English achieves a 70 completion rate.
Continually evaluate the learning experience by implementing improvements based on data and feedback.

Minimum requirements
University degree or diploma in culinary arts or gastronomy
Demonstrable experience in the gastronomy sector
Originating from language English
Intermediate level of oral and written Spanish.
Extensive experience in digital tools
Advanced knowledge of Google Suite
Accustomed to working autonomously
Good written and oral expression
