ORDER OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

The Order Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the various areas of the quote-to order workflow, from CRM, CPQ, order management, to licensing and entitlement tools, data administration in the tools, providing user and tool support, resolving complex internal and external customer issues and requests related to the processes, transactions, and data in the quote-to-order workflow.
What you will be doing.
Recognize, analyze, and recommend changes or improvements to current processes or policies Train junior members in processes and trouble shooting skills Manage and supervise license order fulfillment, using different licensing tools Administrate account, opportunity, user, product, pricing, approval workflow data via arranging, structuring, data-loading, workflow designing, testing in CRM, CPQ systems, testing loaded data, troubleshooting and fixing data related issues Maintain user security access for CRM and CPQ applications Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.
., sales) and external (e.
., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing Identify, initiate tool and process improvements, assist with proposal and participation in design and implementation Coordinate issues and collaborate across other organizations or with channel and alliance partners What you will bring.
Proficiency with strong skills in MS Office and computer systems.
Ability to work effectively and independently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks and work under pressure.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
