About the Role.
Making sure orders are processed accordingly based on SLAs.
What You’ll Do.
• Manage end-to-end Order Management process including order entry and Management.
• Ensure timely revenue recognition of goods sold.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding order management and fulfillment.
What You Need to Succeed.
• Fluent in written and verbal English • Quickly learn and utilize software applications including CRM, CPQ, Financials, ERP and Microsoft Office Suite • Maintain high transactional volume with less than 2% rate of error • Collaborate with customers, peers and leadership to solve complex challenges • Adapt in dynamic work environment, prioritize tasks, and self-manage workload • Work both independently and as part of a team About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
