On Time and Accurate daily reports to HP (Ship Plan, Open Order, Shipments, Escalations).
Work with all related teams to ensure the correct flow of EDI Signals (from order drop to shipment and invoicing).
Responsible to provide accurate information on First Acknowledge and Fact Based Commit.
Daily follow up with the factory to meet customer expectations regarding ESDs, escalations, shipping conditions.
Meet customer expectation on response time (3 hours) regarding ESDs, Cancellation requests, shipping conditions.
