The Lead Consultant is a senior professional responsible for managing mid-to-large-scale client engagements, specializing in Oracle Cloud Order Management.
They ensure the optimization of technology solutions to meet client business objectives efficiently while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the consulting practice's growth.
Core Responsibilities.
Client Engagements.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Provide expert advice on Oracle Cloud solutions, guiding clients through implementations.
Document and refine client requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Oracle Cloud Expertise.
Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management and related modules (e.
., Configurator, Pricing, Inventory, Global Order Processing).
Conduct all phases of project lifecycle.
requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Develop and execute data conversion strategies (e.
., FBDI).
Project Leadership.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress and challenges.
Problem Solving.
Analyze and resolve implementation and integration challenges.
Recommend optimizations for system performance and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement.
Provide ongoing technical support and monitor implemented solutions.
Suggest upgrades or updates as required.
Experience.
5–10 years in Oracle consulting, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud implementations.
Proven experience leading end-to-end system implementations and CRPs.
Hands-on expertise in FBDI data loading.
Skills.
Strong consulting and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Leadership skills for team management and client relationships.
Technical Expertise.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.
Familiarity with complementary modules like Accounts Receivable.
APICS or supply chain certifications are advantageous.
Other.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel as required.
Languages.
