Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Sr Consultant , you will have the ability
to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the

people, and society.   Qualifications: •        
7+ years of
experience with functional support or implementation in Oracle Fusion
Compensation, or Benefits. •        
Experience
implementing / supporting Oracle Cloud Compensation in all phases on two full
implementations (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing). •        
Oracle HCM Cloud
implementations or compensation administrator experience. •        
Ability to
understand fundamental system design and purpose. •        
Experience in
configuration in workforce structure (grades, grade rates, grade ladders •        
Experience in
configuration in grade step progression, salary basis, Total Compensation
Statement. •        
Experience in
creating individual compensation plans, workforce compensation plans. •        
Ability to create
and/or modify Flexfield. •        
Experience in
creating and/or modifying formulas. •        
Experience in
creating and/or modifying compensation change statements. •        
Experience in
creating and/or modifying eligibility profiles. •        
Experience in
execution of compensation processes (Workforce, Base pay and GSP) •        
Experience in
loading Market data. •        
Ability to create
and/or modify user defined tables. •        
Support clients
with the execution of test scripts. •        
Excellent English
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with clients and team members. •        
Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and
adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape. •        
Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business
requirements into effective solutions. •        
Ability to work
