he Content Management team is an integral part of OCI Customer Excellence organization, and we are currently seeking a talented OCI Content Program Manager to join our growing team.
s a Project Manager in Content Management (CM), you lead complex medium to large scale projects from initiation through content delivery focused on new features, services, products, or systems.
You will be instrumental in creating user-friendly content that helps our customers understand and utilize our services effectively.
You will design, create and deliver product documentation and/or related courseware and edit and review content of other technical writers and support engineers.
Content includes video, troubleshooting guides, error handling, and process articles for both external customers and internal support engineers.
Research, design, and create engaging video-based learning materials tailored to various audiences and skill levels.
evelop engaging scripts and produce short help videos that demonstrate the functionality of our applications.
evelop and maintain user manuals, online help articles, and process documents for both internal and external users.
ollaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
ollow style guidelines and maintain consistency across all content, maximizing opportunities for GenAI consumption.
rite, prepare, review and revise training and support content, focusing on accuracy, simplicity, readability, grammatical correctness, and translations Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding training development.
Translate complex information and ideas into concise user-friendly content via clear instructions and explanation.
dministration, maintenance, and improvements of content in the video catalog, knowledge base and user guidesMentor and train other content creatorsIdentify content that should be translated into other languages and work with those experts to get it published.
nalyze data to determine content gaps and steps to address those gaps.
rovide reports and metrics to leadership on trends, content usage, maintenance and effectiveness.
esired SkillsThe ideal candidate will have the following skills.
+ years of relevant experience in Technical Support, Technical Writing, Training, Education, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
horough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and usage.
xcellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and experience reviewing technical documentation, including manuals.
bility to write, prepare, review and revise training and support content, focusing on accuracy, simplicity, readability, grammatical correctness, and translations.
xperience in creating video scripts, story boards and producing technology help videos.
roficient in adult learning methodologies, learning management systems and training software (e.
., Flash, Oracle Learn, Captivate, HTML5, Articulate), with ability/willingness to learn ones you don't know.
ranslate complex information into concise user-friendly content via clear instructions and explanation.
dvanced PowerPoint and Excel.
