Worldwide Internships is a full-service, international Internship Placement Agency with partners in more than 10 countries and local participation in Mexico, Spain, Thailand, Philippines and USA.
Misión
Assist program coordinators with visa preparation documents
Assist program coordinator with contacts database and candidates' communication
Interview preparation: Help candidates prepare for visa interviews
Preparation of documents: Write cover letters, internship certificates, and other documents necessary for visa processing
Document collection: Advise candidates on visa requirements and help them collect the required documentation
File monitoring: Monitor the status of visa applications and keep candidates and companies informed
Review of files: Verify that the documentation is complete and correct before sending it to the embassy or consulate
Customer service: Answer questions and assist candidates and companies
Perfil
Professional:
Undergraduate (7th semester or above)
Available for a part-time position during mornings.
At least one experience living/internship abroad.
Open to all majors (Hospitality, Business, International Relations preferred).
Personality:
Organization and attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Effective communication: Proficiency in effectively conveying information to individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds and varying levels of expertise.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other international team members.
Language proficiency: Excellent domain of Spanish and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
