What You’ll Do Own Security Project Execution Oversee the full lifecycle of complex security projects—from bidding to deployment—ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
Develop strategies to keep projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of security compliance.
Vendor & Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
Negotiate contracts, manage procurement, and ensure we have the best security solutions in place.
Team & Resource Leadership Work hand-in-hand with project managers and internal teams to forecast needs, allocate resources, and keep everything running smoothly.
Provide clear, structured leadership to ensure that tasks are executed effectively, even in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Drive Process Improvement & Compliance Implement rigorous project review systems to meet industry regulations and client expectations.
Find ways to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies, and reduce risks.
Develop & Train High-Performing Teams Oversee team training and development to maintain a high level of expertise and readiness.
Ensure that every team member is prepared for project challenges and capable of delivering outstanding results.
The Profile What We’re Looking For Five or more years of experience in security operations, electronic security, or a related field in a leadership role.
Proven ability to manage large-scale security projects with Fortune 500 and high-profile clients.
Strong technical expertise in current electronic security systems, products, and technologies.
Exceptional communication skills—able to engage with C-level executives, government officials, and internal teams with confidence.
Detail-oriented and strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and can problem-solve quickly.
Proficiency in remote collaboration tools—able to lead and execute high-level operations from anywhere.
