Job Description.
As a NPI Product Lead within our Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU), you will be instrumental in driving the successful launch of new products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage product sample demand, optimize product configurations, and ensure timely market introduction.
Responsibilities.
Develop and execute comprehensive customer sample plans to support product ramp-up.
Lead cross-functional teams in creating and refining business processes to streamline product launch.
Collaborate with product marketing to define product configurations and priorities.
Align with product operations on manufacturing strategies and timelines.
Communicate product availability dates to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate build and shipment priorities to meet market demands.
Identify and resolve product and manufacturing issues impacting sample fulfillment.
Manage aged and slow-moving inventory to optimize inventory levels.
Maintain and publish product information for internal and external use.
Support new product launches and sample management activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product launch efficiency.
Monitor and manage supply chain bottlenecks to ensure timely product delivery.
Participate in portfolio reviews and customer restriction management.
Create and manage product identification and marketing part numbers.
Qualifications.
Proven experience in NPI or product launch roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
