NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER, AMAZON FULFILLMENT EXPERIENCE

DESCRIPTION We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate to support network optimization.
The Sr.
Network Planning Manager acts as the lead on driving network performance (quality, speed and cost) through projects and network initiatives, and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Teams, focusing on optimization and lean management across all miles.
This strategic role will be responsible for revolutionizing our operational framework across Mexico, driving both immediate efficiency gains and long-term sustainable improvements.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary architect of our network optimization strategy, working at the intersection of supply chain excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth.
The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable strategies to improve performance and schedule cross-functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with our Fulfilment Centers and Transportation functions and will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross functional projects and action plans.
You will have a true hands-on approach, the ability to generate solutions, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on network performance, risks and time critical mitigation activities.
In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders as well as driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.

everything within your grasp - Strategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and problem resolution - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard - Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers - Deployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions - Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation - Utilize exceptional problem- solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences - Plan and organize multiple stakeholders with multitasking teams to develop the best solutions for the network - Analytical outputs based on data driven decisions are expected to impact the network - Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
