Your Role As.
Net Developer Lead, you will drive development efforts and provide technical leadership within our team.
The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, a strong background in.
ET technologies, and proven expertise in leading agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Act as the technical lead for development projects, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, architecture, and implementation plans.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#.
ET Core and microservices architecture.
Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace or similar and ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications.
Drive adherence to Safe/Agile methodologies, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline expectations.
Advocate and implement best practices in coding, design, and development processes.
Act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across the board.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with proficiency in C#.
ET Core.
In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and development.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Expertise in Safe/Agile methodologies and team-oriented development processes.
