MSOC Specialist     Major Tasks & Responsabilities.
Follow-up of internal programs & protocols for attention to employees about any type of security or criminal incident.
Support in the development & execution of intelligence products based on the security statistics, prioritizing prevention with the objective to mitigate security risks.
Follow-up & register MSOC internal databases & platforms, for the adequate control and reporting of incidents.
Collaborate in the performance of tasks entrusted by the Head of Security, related to the Corporate Security strategy and guidelines.
Be an active member of the security area community at national and global level of the company.
Who You Are.
Lawyer, Criminologist or Psychologist with experience in Security Operation Center or security/criminal incidents response (minimum 01 year).
Strong communication and decision-making skills to act accordingly.
Knowledge of security and crime regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all Management Levels.
Attention and Crisis Management in case of incidents that may affect employees.
Interaction under high levels of confidentiality, loyalty and discretion.
Ability to work in a team and activities under pressure.
Oral (presentation of issues in public) and written (reporting) communication skills.
