MOLDING PROCESS ENGINEER

develop plans, strategy, training, and release of im engineering processes, coordinate activities for process maturation, as well as acquisition of new equipment for the molding area, preparation of engineering-related documentation in a timely manner for all new project launch events or transfers.
essential tasks and responsibilities include the following.
other duties may be assigned.
maintain systems for installation, integration, and operation.
maintain and upgrade control systems.
use engineering design software to create, modify, and analyze project schematics.
develop appropriate documentation.
establish equipment specifications and requirements.
design systems using plc programs, robotics, and sensor technologies.
manage automation software development projects, develop and maintain automation software standards, and gather business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and prototype solutions.
lead trouble shooting efforts on automation projects.
process and document automation test plans.
lead or participate in an estimation process.
