#WelcomeToCognizant! We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Migration Program Manager We're embarking on a critical initiative to migrate our existing customer base from an older to a soon-to-be-retired platform.
This migration is vital to ensure seamless integration, security, and potential for future expansion.
We seek a highly skilled Migration Program Manager to drive this process through collaboration with product teams, partners, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning.
Collaborate with the product team to establish a prioritized roadmap of customer migrations, considering business objectives and technical requirements Develop a comprehensive execution plan to facilitate migration activities in partnership with internal and external teams Project Management.
Oversee all aspects of the migration program, including timeline development, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management Implement robust reporting processes to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Partner Management.
Lead the identification, onboarding, and enablement of suitable partners to support migration activities Establish clear expectations, manage partner relationships, and ensure delivery on partner commitments Global Coordination.
Orchestrate migration efforts across diverse geographic regions, demonstrating sensitivity to local business needs and cultural differences Ensure timely and consistent communications and collaboration with teams worldwide Qualifications Experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in program/project management within a technology or software development environment Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Understanding of cloud technologies Skills.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for tailoring messaging for various audiences, technical and non-technical Ability to build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational structures Mindset.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on delivering tangible outcomes KPIs/MBOs Successful landing of migration plans inclusive of target customers and outline of anticipated % of migrations Identified 8-10 partners per geography to participate in migration program and monthly plans for execution, tracking progress and outline of progress Why Cognizant?
