MID-LEVEL PLATFORM SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Are you interested in helping build a shared services/Platform team? The Audit, Tax, and Accounting Professionals Platform team is looking for a Mid-Level Platform Software Engineer candidate to join our growing team.
Our team is responsible for a wide variety of platform capabilities, including Auth, Data Platform, Client Portals, and others.
You'll be joining a team working in Java and Angular (possibly including some C# and C++), solving problems for numerous internal customers across our larger org.

Design, develop and test high quality code in accordance with specifications.
Delivers technical solutions for a single product and/or participates in complex projects Writes new software, makes modifications to existing software, or integrates software applications and modules in accordance with agreed-upon specifications.
Ability to interpret code and solve problems based on existing good practices and standards.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, project managers and other developers.
Assist in architectural design decisions.
Participate in peer reviews of technical designs, code, documentation and tests.
Creates and maintains all required technical documentation / manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability.
Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Work collaboratively across functions and locations.
About You.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 3+ years of professional development experience or equivalent Java, Hibernate, REST, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS, Angular Integrations experience (REST APIs)  PostgreSQL  Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, ElasticSearch and standard microservice patterns are a plus   Familiarity with C#/C++ is a plus but not required #LI-DD3 What's in it For You?
