MICROBIOLOGIST ANALYST
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Responsabilidades.
Realizar análisis microbiológicos, sanitarios y patógenos/ Muestreos de monitoreos ambientales y validaciones de acuerdo con lineamientos internos y buenas prácticas de laboratorio.
Gestión de envío de muestras a laboratorios externos.
Creación, evaluación y cierre de resultados fuera de especificación y notificaciones de producto y monitoreos ambientales.
Elaborar requisición de insumos de laboratorio, actualización de documentos, programas de calibración.
Participación y seguimiento en materia de seguridad, medio ambiente, calidad e inocuidad.
Seguimiento de indicadores de Calidad y seguridad.
Elaboración de procedimientos e instructivos que garanticen en correcto funcionamiento de equipos y repetibilidad de las actividades realizadas en el laboratorio de microbiología.
Ingreso de muestras de materia prima, proceso, monitoreos, estabilidades de acuerdo con los procedimiento internos de QC y laboratorio de microbiología.
Requisitos.
Lic.
En ciencias biologicas (bioquímica, microbiología, o carreras a fin de alimentos) Nivel de inglés.
Intermedio Deseable SAP Experiencia.
