What you’ll do Steer Manufacture Performance.
a) Drive business in cross-plants operation with professional financial knowledge and wide-ranging experience, including both short-term and long-term strategy.
b) Lead business control complex activities in daily operation and add value for company, focus on cross-plants standardization in both program investment and running production.
c)  Contribute to manufacture performance on Safety /Quality/ Delivery/ Sustainability and Finance efficiency development with insightful recommendation.
Control Manufacture Program.
a) Lead Capex control and challenge PM in IR /TSU.
b) Build up trust with PM management team, actively contribute to PM discussion and decision-making by data-analysis.
c) Continue to improve accuracy of Capex plan, develop process standardization /program KPI tracking, and so on.
Drive External Business.
a) Handle external business, incl.
but not limited to, True-up /Assets transferring /Vehicle quotation related financial topics.
b) Early-involve in contract discussion with project team together.
c) Collaborate with ME /Procurement /Related party /Legal on execution of external contract.
Benchmark Manufacture Operation.
a) Support operation with value-added guidance on operation planning and decision making based on benchmark /Biz-case analysis.
b) Highlight R&O for business and lead efficient actions accordingly.
Finance Teamwork.
a) Contribute to efficient teamwork with internal Finance teams.
b) Continually improve finance process, incl.
but not limited to, standardize finance report & analyse system and cross-functional cooperation.
c) Continually support on develop team competence in the journey of digital transformation, E.
., SAP HANNA.
Other assignments from line manager.
What you’ll bring Bachelor or above, 7+ years’ experience in Auto-industry and 3+ years’ experience on Oversea operation.
Strong competence to drive business and ensure ownership in daily business.
Strong competence to continually develop finance efficiency via different activities.
Outstanding strength in multi-culture collaboration, plan & align and problem-solving.
Generic knowledge.
Software (e.
., SAP) /Fluency in English and Chinese /Fast learne.
