descripción manage the portfolio of business improvement projects, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
provide technical support for integrating manufacturing equipment with the manufacturing execution system (mes).
oversee mes operational support, documentation, administration, deployment, configuration, and maintenance across manufacturing sites.
supervise risk management strategies and implement actions to mitigate and control risks.
act as a subject matter expert for mes and logistics, driving strategy and presenting technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders.
ensure efficient integration of processes and technologies, aligning business analysis strategies with strategic objectives.
develop and maintain business analysis procedures and processes, ensuring quality execution and strong collaboration with pmo, risk managers, and key stakeholders.
perfil buscado 8 years in configuring and implementing mes and erp systems (critical manufacturing mes and sap), with expertise in discrete manufacturing and engineer-to-order (eto) business models.
p roven background in mes project implementation and program/project management or change management roles for medium to large-scale projects.
strong background in material management and production control, specifically with mes systems.
availability to travel up to 25%.
preferred knowledge in application configuration and troubleshooting within the mes and erp environment and system landscape.
preferably knowledgeable in mes/ecs systems, especially in interfacing with sap ecc erp environments and sap pp, mm modules.
knowledge of apparatus controls and mcc is a plus.
