e are looking for a Member Support Analyst to join us at Landing! In this role, you'll respond to emails, phone calls, and chats to ensure that our members' questions and concerns are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
You'll gain customer support experience while also learning relationship building and other valuable skills.
hat You'll Do.
eliver exceptional customer service to all of our members.
ecord all member interactions with clear and concise notes in response to their request.
oordinate member's move-in and move-out of Landing homes.
wn the resolution of home issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and our properties.
reate necessary tickets for follow-up while ensuring the proper ownership to achieve exceptional member experience.
ind solutions where possible to meet the needs and retain our members.
ommunicate and reinforce the value and benefits of our products and services to members.
rovide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey.
hat You Need.
luent English (native - bilingual).
uperb communication skills, both written and via phone.
bility to work a flexible schedule.
schedule can vary between 6am - 10pm and consists of 5 working days with 2 days off per week.
bility to work in-office at our Mexico City location.
+ year of proven exceptional customer service delivery.
ell organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.
e kind, self-motivated and hardworking, with a history of achieving targets.

ech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel.
