Primary Responsibilities
Lead Engagement Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers.
Qualification Assess customer interest and availability for further discussion with an Assured Licensed Agent.
Live Transfer Seamlessly transfer qualified consumers to a Licensed Agent.Requirements
Prior experience in a call center or a customer service role.
Proficient in both English and Spanish. B2 or higher
