Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Job Overview: Outbound Lead Qualifier
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to engage potential customers.
Qualification: Assess customer interest and availability for further discussion with an Assured Licensed Agent.
Live Transfer: Seamlessly transfer qualified consumers to a Licensed Agent.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a call center or a customer service role.
Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
