Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication or equivalent.
Experience in medical conferences and events, preferably within the healthcare industry, including sponsorship sales.
Proficiency in social media management, public relations, and marketing.
Advanced level of English (essential).
Flexibility in working hours.
Activities:
- Event Management: Proficiency in organizing and coordinating medical conferences, symposia, and exhibitions. This includes logistics planning, venue selection, and scheduling.
- Sponsorship and Marketing: Ability to secure sponsorships and partnerships with pharmaceutical companies. Strong marketing skills to promote events effectively.
- Content Oversight: Direct supervision of event materials, program content, and translation services. Ensuring high-quality content delivery.
- Budgeting: Skill in developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English. Interaction with speakers, attendees, and stakeholders is essential.
- Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, speakers, and sponsors.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing schedules, unexpected situations, and last-minute adjustments during events.
Offer:
Monthly gross salary of $28,000 to $35,000, plus bonuses based on achievement of objectives.
Statutory benefits.
Direct employment contract.
