This position reports to Local Division HR Business Partner ELDS Your role and responsibilities Play an active role in shaping the future of our young talents! In this responsible role, you will accompany our budding mechatronics technicians on their path to success.
With modern teaching methods and individual support, you will not only promote technical skills, but also social skills - and thus make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

Then become part of our team! • Practical teaching of theoretical and practical content in metal and electrical engineering in accordance with the training regulations • Implementation of innovative teaching and learning concepts taking into account the job profile specifications • Planning and adapting individual training plans for a structured learning process • Support with specialist training courses and workshops to deepen technical skills • Individual support for junior staff and regular feedback • Supporting trainees in preparing for exams and company projects Qualifications for the role Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, supplemented by further training to become a state-certified technician or master craftsperson First professional experience in the manufacturing industry - we also give motivated career starters a chance Fluent written and spoken German and basic English skills High level of enthusiasm and empathy for the individual support of our trainees Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools Strong didactic skills, strong communication skills and an independent and responsible way of working What's in it for you?
