Our Mars Sales Leadership Experience Program, is the perfect grounding for a career in business leadership.
You’ll manage projects, lead teams, take on roles with local and regional exposure and make decisions with real consequences.
The work will come thick and fast, preparing you for the challenges tomorrow.
MSLE comprises to 12-month placements.
As a guide, you’ll typically follow a path through the two years with exposure to very different areas of our business.
You will have placements across Demand (Sales, Category Management, Marketing, etc).

You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in Demand areas.
Aspiration to become a leader within Mars organization in Demand areas.
You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint.
Adaptable and creative problem solver.
Fluent in English Open to relocating to a different MEX location for at least one rotation during your program.
Mars would offer relocation support.
Applicants should graduated with their Bachelor between Winter and Winter .
Open to candidates legally authorized to work in MEX, without the need for current or future work sponsorship.
