Focus, Scope, & Impact.
Brand Identity and Packaging Design Coordinator'’s primary focus areas will be.
Working with external agencies to develop iconic and compelling Visual Identity Systems and packaging design for global or designated regional brands; Making sure VIS and packaging solutions are relevant and attractive to the consumers / shoppers to drive accelerated transactions and consumer pull both on and offline Thinking creatively about the role of VIS and packaging to strengthen the power of brand / brand message Ensuring Visual Identity Systems contain clear directives, sufficient modularity and detailed guidelines to be seamlessly applied to any brand touchpoint, in a multidimensional way Proposing authentic, proprietary and innovative packaging design solutions that can differentiate and strengthen the brand on analog and online shelves Collaborating with other marketing teams to drive thinking on how to apply Brand Identities around the customer journey (both online and offline) to drive consistency in line with the experience QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Experience Creative development and Design experience (8-10 years) Direct experience with branding, logo design, visual language, packaging and art direction Preference for experience working in or partnering with design agencies Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred Work Focus Ability to develop and lead brand identity and pack design projects Expertise in working with different external partners (i.
