identify and manage risks related to software testing.
provide mentorship and guidance to the software testing team.
stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies in the life science industry.
perfil buscado a successful manager software test engineer should have.
15+ years of experience in it.
8+ years of experience in software testing.
3+ years specifically as a manager.
strong background in testing.
advanced english proficiency.
strong understanding of api testing.
experience with java or python.
understanding of performance testing, cloud testing, and other testing types.
familiarity with cloud testing, ideally aws and azure.
agile software testing.
advanced english proficiency.
