Role Description.
ou are an engineering leader who can hit the ground running leading a high performing team doing innovative work in the spaces of Salesforce development, full stack development and most recently Agentforce.

Lead a team of software engineers in developing integrations that automate business processes and unify systems across Salesforce.
anage a team of engineers responsible for building and supporting multiple products, enabling employees to perform more of their daily tasks within Salesforce products.
ollaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable test frameworks, release plans, and end-user documentation for applications and integrations.
ollaborate with peers to draft, review, and provide feedback on technical design proposals.
rovide on-call support, resolve critical issues, and manage incident response for services.
Minimum Requirements.
+ years of leading engineering teams7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level applicationsProven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for software engineering initiativesExperience working with senior leaders to align technology strategy with business goalsA deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Heroku and AWS, as well as experience managing and scaling large-scale distributed systemsProficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, Node.
