he opportunityWe are looking for Managers with expertise in HRT to join the People Consulting team.

our Key Responsibilities.
anage and grow the HR Transformation capability within the business; develop strong relations with global practices; achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, head count growth and penetration.
nsure quality of delivery and all aspects of operational management.
Manage engagement risk, project economics, manage escalations and ensure effective planning and budgeting.
evelop thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance HRT offering within the practice.
oach and guide the team to deliver high quality deliverables to clients.
These deliverables vary across RFX responses, assessment report-outs, HR strategy design, process flows, project plans, etc.
ollaborate with subject matter experts across the HRT service areas to provide insights on overall strategic and operational performance.
erform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure ongoing learning and development of the team.
mplement strong people practices and policies; provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth.
rive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations.
Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts.

years of experience in HRT operations and consulting domain.
inimum 8 years of experience in managing HR Transformation projects across 1 or more of the following areas.
HR Tech implementation, process re-engineering, operating model redesign, HR SSC implementation, etc
