The RoleLATAM Manager, Talent Experiences and GiftingThe Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our gifting and talent experiences program across Latin America.
This individual will drive growth opportunities in the region by thoroughly understanding all aspects of the business and building strong relationships with key leaders.
Responsibilities include identifying and implementing new technologies and external tools to enhance workflow efficiency and scalability, as well as introducing innovative ideas to the global team for growth and operational improvements.
dditionally, the Manager will stay ahead of industry trends, establish relationships with new and emerging brands, and maintain awareness of available products in the region for gifting purposes.
They will collaborate with brands to create unique gifts and experiences and work cross-functionally to facilitate gifting for various occasions, such as Awards, Life Moments, and Production events.
