MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Maintenance Manager SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.
This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment.
We engineer and manufacture a full range of power and signal distribution systems, including the high-speed data and high-power electrical systems needed to build feature-rich, highly automated, electric vehicles.
Position Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of advanced manufacturing equipment and systems.
This role ensures that all production machinery operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of skilled technicians and engineers, implement preventive maintenance programs, and stay abreast of technological advancements to support the production of high-tech automotive components.
Maintain the machines and facilities in good condition, giving maintenance in time and form, maintaining good relations between the different departments and permanent satisfaction.
Your Role Execute good management in the department to maintain a healthy work environment.
Implement actions to perform maintenance at low cost without compromising quality.
Manage the spare parts inventory properly.
Develop the skills and talents of our collaborators.
Promote the development of improvements, savings and analysis of problems in the area.
Elaborate a program for employee development in common areas (specialties).
Conduct feedback sessions and lessons learn in the department.
Implementation and follow up of the ISO and ISO Skills Stamping processes Automotive industry Equipment maintenance Industrial maintenance Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Injection Molding PLC/Automation Automotive industry Equipment maintenance Launch New Program Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
Problem-Solving.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Your Background Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic, Electric or related.
At least +5 years of experience in this or similar position.
English language 80% minimum.
