About the role Asegurar el cumplimiento del PPM, garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones productivas y proponer mejoras que favorezcan los indicadores del área.
Administrar de manera eficiente el capital humano, el presupuesto asignado y los activos tangibles de acuerdo a los estándares internos y politicas aplicables del site.
Supervisar todas las operaciones de instalación, reparación y mantenimiento de las instalaciones de la empresa, además de garantizar que los técnicos mecánicos dispongan de los recursos disponibles para completar sus funciones conforme al presupuesto.
Key responsibilities Reportar de manera oportuna y predictiva de los acontecimientos diarios de la operación al Gerente de Mantenimiento.
Desarrollar procedimientos de mantenimiento y garantizar la implementación.
Llevar a cabo inspecciones de las instalaciones para identificar y solucionar problemas.
Asegurar la realización del mantenimiento preventivo en SAP PM a todos los activos del site.
Planificar y supervisar todas las actividades de instalación y reparación.
Asignar carga balanceada de trabajo y supervisar al personal técnico de mantenimiento.
Supervisar el inventario del almacén técnico y solicitar la generación requisiciones de material cuando sea necesario.
Administrar los gastos y controlar el presupuesto para el mantenimiento correctivo.
Manejo y supervisión de contratistas y proveedores de servicios.
Conservar registros de mantenimiento e informar de las actividades cotidianas al gerente de mantenimiento.
Cumplir con las políticas de Food Safety & Quality y de seguridad ocupacional.
Qualifications and skills 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
Egresados de las carreras de Ingeniería en control y automatización, Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Ingeniería Eléctrica.
Maestría (Deseable) Administración de Presupuesto.
Gestión y ejecución de Mantenimiento.
Ejecución de Proyectos.
Inglés intermedio.
