The successful candidate will resolve automation issues and must have experience with automation tools such as CA-OPS/MVS.
What will you be doing.
Upgrade and perform changes within company regulations and security standards; IPL (Initial Program Load) and DR (Disaster Recovery) support; Resolve Automation issues; Provide Automation solutions; Automation product maintenance and customization; Assist with testing, implementation, and customization of new/improved automation solutions, as well as product upgrades; Attend meetings and interact regularly with management, team, and clients to continuously improve services Participate in On-Call rotation schedule.
Requirements.
Professional Skills.
Ability to work with automation tools such as CA-OPS/MVS, BMC AutoOPERATOR, BMC MainView Console Management, IBM SA, z/OS and NetView, AF-OPERATOR; Scripting knowledge - REXX, CLIST, JCL, ISPF.
Behavioral Skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills; Proficient English – level B2 or above; Excellent and effective communication skills with management; Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments.
