Este puesto te permitirá liderar iniciativas clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales con nuestros aliados del programa de Lealtad Doters, mejorar procesos operativos y fortalecer controles antifraude.
Responsabilidades.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales hacia los aliados del programa Doters.
Negociar con aliados comerciales para fortalecer relaciones.
Mejorar procesos de atención a incidentes.
Ejecutar mejoras en controles ICFR contra fraudes financieros.
Seguimiento de conciliaciones con instituciones financieras.
Atención a clientes B2B.
Monitoreo de alertas preventivas de fraude.
Requerimientos.
3+ años en conciliaciones financieras Experiencia en mejora de procesos operativos financieros Experiencia en alianzas comerciales Experiencia en Customer Experience Dominio avanzado de Excel Nivel de educación.
Profesional Sectores laborales.
Contabilidad finanzas impuestos y afines Servicio al cliente y afines Compras y comercio exterior Otras habilidades.
