Viva is currently searching for Loyalty Martech Lead *This oportunity is also open for Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, México.* You´ll be responsible for improving the user experience for loyalty program members across digital channels (Web, App, and Email, among others) through the implementation of various technological tools for analytics, personalization, and communications.
This role will be primarily responsible for the management and operation of marketing technology platforms (CDP, ESP, CMS, etc.) Your primary objectives include.
Design and Implementation of New Use Cases Optimize Journey, Campaigns, and Functionalities Prioritization of the Project Roadmap Generation of Customer Insights Management of CDP, ESP, and CMS Platforms Lead QA Processes for Digital Channels The candidate.
At least 5+ years of experience as CRM Lead, Automation Marketing, CustomerLife Cicle, Email Marketing.
