Bilingual Responsabilities Search for new transportation providers and quote new routes according to the needs of each project.
Be aware of the daily movements and provide the required support for each project.
Coordinate and monitor the transit of import, export and transfer crossings.
Validate that the assigned transport units comply with the safety requirements established by the client/project.
Optimize times, routes and costs.
Maintain good communication in English and Spanish with internal and external departments of the company, suppliers and vendors.
Serve as a connection between the different areas of the supply chain.
Prepare bills of lading for the shipment of goods by land, air and sea.
Provide the Customs department the information related to imports, exports and transfer.
Monitor customs inspections within MX Customs and inspections within US Customs and advise on the status of each cargo in English and Spanish.
Custody of certified seals and completion of AEO compliance reports.
Be in communication with the Customs area to validate each of the documents that are delivered to drivers in the form of packages to avoid fines in Mexican and American Customs.
Give instructions to carriers of internal processes when leaving or arriving at the company.
Ensure that each export shipment leaves the company with the customs documentation, that the material is properly labeled and has the necessary shipping guides to the place of destination that will be delivered, duly sealed and a responsive letter signed by the operator of transportation.
Make sure with the security area that there is daily control of the inspection of boxes and containers, tractors of the minimum 7 points maintain evidence.
Ensure that each Import and Export shipment is delivered in the correct manner and on time at its destination.
Send the necessary alerts for the monitoring of each load until it is delivered to its destination.
Make reports of the operation in accordance with the instructions of the direct supervisor and audit compliance such as.
traffic reports, seals reports, as well as payments corresponding to suppliers.
Ensure that drivers are informed of JUSDA's policies.
Maintain up-to-date electronic records of carriers and their drivers.
Keep the documentary files of each load such as.
E-manifest, DODA, Inbond, Entries, Bill of lading, bills of lading, bill of lading, proof of delivery (POD), outputs and inputs of material, movement formats and others that derive from the operation (Printed and digital) Keeps record of the quotations as well as the update of the validity of each route.
Upload all documentation generated for each shipment in CW (Millestones, edoscs, billing, basic information…) Maintain communication with the finance team regarding payments to each supplier and billing to customers.
Maintain communication with the sales team providing information required for new projects.
