We are looking for a LINE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - SENIOR talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS JUAREZ team for our HUMAN RESOURCES department for CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** In this position you will have an impact by.
+ Knowing and applying the Company's HR procedures (policies and processes).
+ Knowing and applying LFT, as well experience in Labor Relations.
**QUALIFICATIONS** To be successful in this position, you will need.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR processes and Relation Labors.
+ Strong experience knowing, managing and mentoring HR processes.
+ Experience giving staff first level support.
+ Proven experience applying procedures and policies related to LFT and interior regulations.
+ Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
+ IAFT experience is a plus.
