Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and minimal disruption to client operations.
Manage and close support tickets effectively, utilizing advanced technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft suite products, including Exchange and Azure.
Assist with system administration tasks during downtimes, contributing to projects that enhance and refine IT processes.
Communicate directly with clients to explain solutions, gather feedback, and ensure their IT needs are met.
Train on and utilize specific software tools such as Adara and Screen Connect, with a willingness to learn new technologies as required.
Maintain and troubleshoot systems within a mixed environment of Windows and Mac, leveraging knowledge of backend systems and software.
The Profile Qualifications.
Extensive experience in an MSP environment, with a solid track record of resolving Level 3 IT tickets.
Strong proficiency with the entire Microsoft suite, particularly Exchange and Azure.
Experience with DNSFilter, and familiarity with financial software like QuickBooks for troubleshooting purposes.
Knowledge of Unified Communications technologies and any experience with CIPP or JAMF would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective client interactions and team collaborations.
A proactive mindset, taking initiative in downtime to push projects forward and improve service delivery.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks without oversight.
