Job Description For Learning Manager(HOZ) in Playa del Carmen,Mexico.
Description You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Training Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division.

e are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our hotel team.
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
This role requires a strategic approach to identifying training needs, designing training initiatives, and supporting the continuous development of our staff to ensure a high level of guest service.

esign and implement training programs for all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
onduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and ensure that training initiatives are aligned with business goals.
acilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
onitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
evelop onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
ork closely with department managers to identify individual and team training needs.
aintain training records, track employee progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
tay updated on the latest hospitality trends and best practices to enhance training content.
anage the training budget and negotiate with external vendors if additional resources are required.
ualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 3 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation.
Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

achelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
inimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
xcellent communication and presentation skills.
trong organizational skills and attention to detail.
bility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
roficiency in using training software and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
nowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards.
ertification in training (e.
., Certified Hospitality Trainer, SHRM) is a plus.
lexibility to accommodate training schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed
