OLE SUMMARYOur Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for recent college graduates with up to 3 years of work experience who wish to fast track their career within a global organization, and have the possibility, after 18 months of successful completion of our program, to work as an Entry Level Manager in our Operations organization.

achelor's Degree in Agronomy, Sustainable Development, Agricultural Studies, Chemistry, Food Industry, Biotechnology or related field.
ecent graduates (graduation from December to December ).
etween 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Operations or a related field (relevant internship experience will be considered).
luent in English (advanced proficiency in oral \u writing).
