Lead Specialist- Systems Architecture - Data What can you expect? Lead Engineer responsible for the design, development, and implementation of our Databricks-based Enterprise Cloud Data Platform What is in it for you? We will count on you to : Design and develop the underlying architectures linking the fundamental technologies to enable the successful implementation of data projects Hire, lead, and manage a small team of developing engineers Create structures to enable streamlining of data processes Design the implementation of best practices in relation to Data Security, backup, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Archiving. Ensure alignment with Enterprise strategies Advocate for the appropriate tools, software, applications, and systems to support data technology goals. Drive technical best practices regarding data warehousing, Business Intelligence, and application interfaces Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Owner and Project Managers to deliver impact What you need to have : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics Availability to work 3 times a week in the office Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. Experience with configuring Databricks via IAC and Terraform Ability to identify and proactively solve data-related problems What makes you stand out?
