Position Overview As the R&D Senior Manager for Cooling Drink Equipment (CDE), you will lead innovation by identifying and developing new technologies to enhance the performance and operational effectiveness of our CDE portfolio, providing a competitive business advantage in the marketplace.
You will provide technical and project management facilitation, advising on global, divisional, and regional CDE technology, marketing, and environmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and sustainability efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both company specifications and international safety standards As part of the career plan, you will supports gradually low-medium complex initiatives related with packaging (with the mentoring of the packaging expert team), enhancing your knowledge about the company in other field.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities Technical project management leadership.
project schedule management, risk management, able to elaborate technical results to support business needs.
Regular stakeholders' communication (specifically with commercial leadership and procurement team, suppliers) Support development of technical equipment roadmap and long-term capability development.
Extract data and draw conclusions from laboratory information management systems.
Manage supply chain relationships though CEPG and Bottlers independently.

Bachelor of Engineering.
Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical or related field.
Advance degree may require less work experience, if in same discipline or field.
Project management.
Related Work Experience.
+7 years relevant work experience in roles such technical project management, sustaining engineering or new product introduction.
REQUIRED experience on Cooling equipment or refrigeration systems.
Functional Skill Advanced project management & time management Knowledge of data science and data analysis capabilities.

Descripción del Puesto Como Senior Manager de I+D para Equipos de Bebidas Frías (CDE), liderará la innovación identificando y desarrollando nuevas tecnologías para mejorar el rendimiento y la efectividad operativa de nuestra cartera de CDE, proporcionando una ventaja competitiva en el mercado.
Proporcionará facilitación técnica y de gestión de proyectos, asesorando sobre tecnología, marketing e iniciativas ambientales de CDE a nivel global, divisional y regional, asegurando la alineación con nuestros objetivos estratégicos.
En este cargo, impulsará esfuerzos de mejora continua y sostenibilidad, colaborando con equipos multifuncionales para entregar soluciones de alta calidad que cumplan tanto con las especificaciones de la empresa como con los estándares internacionales de seguridad.
Como parte del plan de carrera, apoyará iniciativas de baja a media complejidad relacionadas con el envasado (con la tutoría del equipo de expertos en envasado), mejorando su conocimiento sobre la empresa en otros campos.
Actividades Relacionadas con la Función/Responsabilidades Clave Liderazgo en gestión de proyectos técnicos.
gestión de cronogramas de proyectos, gestión de riesgos, capaz de elaborar resultados técnicos para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.
Comunicación regular con las partes interesadas (específicamente con el liderazgo comercial y el equipo de adquisiciones, proveedores).
Apoyar el desarrollo de la hoja de ruta de equipos técnicos y el desarrollo de capacidades a largo plazo.
Extraer datos y sacar conclusiones de los sistemas de gestión de información de laboratorio.
Gestionar relaciones de la cadena de suministro a través de CEPG y embotelladores de forma independiente.
Redactar protocolos de validación de equipos y laboratorios.
Gestión de la cadena de suministro con mínima supervisión.
Requisitos Educativos.
Licenciatura en Ingeniería.
Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial, Química o campo relacionado.
Un grado avanzado puede requerir menos experiencia laboral, si es en la misma disciplina o campo.
Gestión de proyectos.
Experiencia Laboral Relacionada.
+7 años de experiencia laboral relevante en roles como gestión de proyectos técnicos, ingeniería de mantenimiento o introducción de nuevos productos.
EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA en equipos de enfriamiento o sistemas de refrigeración.
Habilidades Funcionales Gestión avanzada de proyectos y gestión del tiempo.
