#WelcomeToCognizant! We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Lead Developer – SAP ABAP We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with experience in SAP ABAP Business Server Pages and SAP Fiori.
Knowledge in the Life Science domain is a plus.
Responsibilities.
Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications and solutions using ABAP programming language.
Design, code, test, debug, and document ABAP programs, custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, Idocs, and forms (RICEFW).
Provide support for production issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work with SAP functional consultants to understand configuration and customization requirements.
Manage SAP and Non-SAP interfaces between ERP systems and understand the business architecture.
Qualifications.
8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Business Server Pages and SAP Fiori.
Strong understanding of SAP and Non-SAP interfaces.
Experience in the Life Science domain is a plus.
ABAP Certifications is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams, business analysts, and SAP consultants.
Proficiency in designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting ABAP programs and related components.
