- Troubleshooting the incidents & problems reported on the servers.
rovide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems To carry out the scheduled activities like Daily Checklists, Server reboot, Etc.
Monitoring of logs and alerts.
ulnerability remedy & Patch management.
/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination.
irmware & BIOS upgrade.
ontribute to internal knowledge management system.
onduct timely and accurate upgrades, patches, clustering, support, and configuration and management in accordance with change and release management processesDesign and implement enterprise Windows Server solutions that meet business requirements Requirements:- Experience on Windows .
trong Knowledge on troubleshooting skills on Windows server.
nowledge on Remote system administration.
nderstanding of capacity planning, performance Monitoring and tuning.
and-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.).
