It’s important to note that the type of hiring for this role is temporal/fixed to 6 months, as it covers an assignment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Talent Operations & Benefits Workflow Analyst to join our team.
This role is crucial in mapping out all workflows related to Talent Operations and Benefits, with the goal of identifying opportunities for automation, transferring operational tasks, and improving overall process efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams at Netflix and local vendors in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

onduct a comprehensive mapping of all Talent Operations and Benefits workflows.
dentify and propose opportunities for process automation and operational task transfer.
ollaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance process efficiency.
ollaborate with the effectiveness manager to support the TEO process transformation and prioritization.
ngage with local vendors in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil to gather insights and ensure alignment.
repare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
