We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our Juriquilla office.

Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pmResponsibilities.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including identifying selection criteria, developing interview questions and assessments, screening applications, and conducting interviews alongside hiring managers.
Facilitate reference checks and make job offers, ensuring offer packages are accurately prepared and sent to candidates.
Develop, recommend, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Provide training and communication to management and staff on recruitment, selection, and retention best practices.
Offer guidance and expert advice to management and staff on recruitment and selection processes.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and assist with workforce planning.
Create, update, and ensure compliance with recruitment and selection policies and procedures in alignment with current employment legislation according to each country.
HR Support and Additional Activities.
Participate in and support various Human Resources projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Advise managers on best practices, compliance with human rights legislation, and other relevant laws related to recruitment and selection.
Represent the company at career fairs and job expos to promote recruitment efforts.
Collaborate on recruitment initiatives and drive their successful execution.
Regularly update and maintain accurate job descriptions to reflect current roles and responsibilities.
Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide management with insightful feedback for continuous improvement.
Uphold and adhere to Charger’s health and safety policies and practices.
