As a Supply Chain Performance Analyst you’ll be responsible for supporting our Customer Fulfillment Hubs in Latin America to meet their performance objectives.

If you match this description, get in touch! What You’ll Do Analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
Monitor and track performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations.
Facilitate goal-setting sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level, while ensuring that we meet or exceed our KPIs.
Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics.
Fluent in English is MANDATORY (speaking and writing).
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
Experience managing a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
Strong project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
