About the role.
You will collaborate providing support to collaborators for a top client in the energy industry Main Requirements.
Bacheloru00b4s in Computer Science, Electronics engineer or similar 2+ years of technical experience implementing and supporting software.
Provide software support such as.
configure and setup user accounts, attend userus requests based on ticket requirements, load and remove users from userus database, manage roles based on user type, identify and assign licenses per user type, manage license server, reset passwords and create new accounts.
Follow up open tickets until closure and escalate complex issues to higher-tiers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience providing remote support.
Solid understanding of computers and software.
u00b7Previous experience with ticket-based tools like Jira, ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have skills (extras).
Experience in oil and gas industry is preferred.
Strong plus, AzureDevOps.
Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL is a strong plus.
Understanding of protocol communications TotalFlow, ROC, modbus.
Understanding of Active Directory groups.
