Responsibilities.
arry out KYC due diligence reviews in a timely manner to high quality standards.
roficiency in compliance applications and programs such as World Check, POA, EDD, etc.
is preferred.
ood knowledge of provisions of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to subject persons, and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus.
ood proficiency in conducting risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews, open source research, and enhanced due diligence.
stablish good relationships with various departments including Compliance, Customer Service, and Operations.
articipate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day-to-day work requirements.
ny general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the Company.

achelor's degree from an accredited institution.
trong technical communication and interpersonal skills.
roven experience and knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
nowledge of AML/CFT and sanctions red flags is preferred.
xperience in a risk, compliance, fraud, operation, or regulatory functions is preferred.
rior World Check or KYC operations experience is preferred.
ighly adaptable and able to multi-task and coordinate projects if required.
ffective and clear communicator.
luency in English and Spanish is required to effectively coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
