We have around sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities   •     Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.

NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC   •   Building long term partnership with the customers   •   Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer, and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)   •   Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt Benckiser commercial strategy and the customers trading terms   •   Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer   •   Responsible for developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation   •   Continuous improvement in the management of the accounts by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories The experience we're looking for Minimum 2 years FMCG experience as Account Manager in National Accounts or/and 5 years in Regional account Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business related to subject - from a recognized University Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues The skills for success Key Account Management, Account Management, Ecommerce, Analysing sales and Ecommerce data, Field sales; Field sales management, Leadership skills, Consumer Insights; Shopper Insights; Customer Insights; Category Analysis, Collaboration and partnership skills; Influencing, Consultative Selling, Customer strategy; Channel strategy, Sales strategy development, Perform product planning, Business acumen; financial acumen, commercial accumen, Sales negotiation, P&L Management, Strategy Execution, Operational Excellence.
